Their chicken was delicious as usual, but in my opinion the ribs was the best dish, so tender and tasty. The pie was great as well! Very nice staff, but usually crowded and has birthday party, so it takes time to get your table, we had to line up to 40mins. But it worth the wait. Food was fantastic, dessert was good. Quick service, decent price.
I had a great time at Swiss Chalet thanks to the amazing service from Sabrina and Kaley! They both had great attitudes and were super friendly! The food came out amazingly fast and tasted excellent! I’m excited to go back to this Swiss Chalet restaurant soon!
Gigi was a great server, very pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed and check in often. Food was delicious. Clean place and cozy. A bit loud at times but that’s to be expected from a larger restaurant.
I was very happy with the food and service was exceptional. I was going in for the chicken but went with the stir fry and I was very pleased. Tasted great.
Came here for Easter lunch, was met by Kaley and treated like royalty for the meal. Kaley has the perfect combination of skills and personality to make anybody feel right at home while eating out. Food was fast, hot and fresh, prices were quite reasonable, and the room, although bustling, was open and inviting on this busy day. Thanks, again, Kaley, for the amazing service!
We went to this location during our return trip from Toronto to Montreal. One of our kids has multiple allergies including mustard, nuts and peanuts. It limits the safe places where we can eat. At this Swiss Chalet, all the employees were really careful about it. They provided us with an allergy chart and it was easy to find something safe. She even was able to eat a desert. Our waitress was super nice and very efficient. I would give 6 stars for the kind service. Thanks you for making my daughter safe!
This is a really great place! Quite busy and I can see why. The atmosphere is great. Food is fantastic as you’d expect from Swiss Chalet. Value was amazing - they had 2 quarter chicken meals for 19. And our waitress Layla was beyond kind and attentive.
Party of 10 visited this location for a 50th birthday celebration! We were so fortunate to have had the exceptional GiGi serve us! From her expertise to her sense of humour, we just had the best experience! She was exceptional and catered to our every need or request. This waitress went above and beyond! The best waitress we’ve ever had. Thanks for making our dinner absolutely perfect!
